The first ever Pivot Triggers small group course is coming – interested?
Register now to join this autumn's cohort
Recently, I shared Pivot Triggers with product people and founders who attended Future London Academy’s Innovation Week (slides here).
My favourite part was putting the attendees through a miniaturised version of the Pivot Trigger workshops.
The group all tentatively crossed the bridge from idea to triggers. From the vague hopes and fears in Thoughtland to their concrete answers to the Pivot Trigger Question: what signals do I need to see to feel that it’s worth continuing to invest in this initiative?
During the session, I saw “aha!” moments, tackled misunderstandings, and got stumped by excellent questions.
The signals inspired me to do something similar for more people.
So I’m inviting you to sign up for a short course this Autumn:
join a small group of likeminded individuals for 4 weekly online sessions
practise setting Pivot Triggers in a low-pressure environment
learn how to design effective probes
understand the principles, work through challenges and get your questions answered
emerge confident to start using Pivot Triggers for real – whether that's to stop a zombie initiative or build momentum on an initiative you've been struggling to start
If this sounds good, take 2 minutes to let me know you’re interested. This doesn’t commit you to anything, I’m just looking to gauge numbers.
I’ll be in touch with more information soon.
Or perhaps you’re not quite ready to commit? Then hit reply and tell me what’s the main thing that’s stopping you.
