Today I launched a 2-week cohort based course for product innovators (you?) to learn how to build momentum around the right idea. I was accepted onto the Accelerator Programme for this Autumn’s release with Maven, the industry leaders in courses like this.
I wanted you to be the first to hear about the course because this is how you can get the latest, leanest evolution of the Pivot Triggers Methodology. I’ve honed it through working at the coalface with dozens of teams over the past 3 years.
In 4 sessions, you’ll:
learn how to skip debates, slice through ambiguity, create better options, and avoid sunk cost bias
learn to explore and clarify innovative ideas, probe the world for the signals that matter, and turn those signals into insights that spur action
tackle hands-on projects to practise tools and workshops through interactive sessions with other learners.
All within a community of like-minded peers who want to learn and grow with you. Spaces are limited to 10 people, so everyone will get personalised attention.
I’ve taught these principles in organisations big and small, and now I’d love to teach you. The course will cost $595 and run from November 29th to December 8th.
